web-MikeHemesath 81x100Happy New Year Everyone!!

Can you believe we are already thru the first month of 2018! It is also time to schedule our first, of three, Adopt-A-Highway Clean Up events. Our first outing this year will be Saturday, February 24th, at 7 AM, so mark your calendars. Back in 1991, the Knights "adopted" a 1 mile stretch

of the State Route 90 Bypass (about one half mile east and west of the Coronado Dr. intersection) as part of ADOT's Adopt-A-Highway Clean Up Program. Since then, the Knights, with a lot of help from our sponsored Boy Scout Troop 464 and the American Heritage Girls Troop 1464, spend an hour or so picking up trash along our 1 mile stretch of SR 90 Bypass, three times during the year. We meet in the City Hall/Police Dept. parking lot on Coronado and head out from there. I will send out a reminder E-mail the week before the event. "Save The Date" and we will look forward to seeing you there on February 24th!

Vivat Jesus!
